Day Eight: 6/12/11

- Half Mile Warm-Up (slow jog) and plyos

- 50m 100m 200m 300m 200m 100m 50m

- Half Mile jog

Finish up with 500 sit up (100 with max 30 sec breaks)

50 pushups

Then stretch
