* 9 push-ups, 9 sit-ups, 9 lunges, 9 jump squats
* 8 push-ups, 8 sit-ups, 8 lunges, 8 jump squats
* 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.......
-1/4 Mile Cool Down
