- 1.1 mil Warm-up and Plyos (15m plyos then stride out 15m)

- Sprint Workout:

200m (x6)
100m (x4)

- 1.1 mil Cool Down (I ran to and from the track)

- 1.1 mil Warm-up and Plyos (15m plyos then stride out 15m)

- Sprint Workout:

10 ABC's
Ladders  at 5m, 15m, 30m

- 1.1 mil Cool Down (I ran to and from the track)

Fun Times with Decision Making...

SO the officer meeting was fun...

made me completely rethink my move to Atlanta. Turns out I'm going for the wrong reasons....or just not thinking of the right options. It was brought to my attention that everyone that has been giving me advice tends to have their own agenda. I need to figure out my own.

Here's the game plan as of now...

Pro and Cons list...a complete one.
Move out of my current apartment for the same effect...
Sit down with Adam and talk about the company...
Focus on my second company!
Get my facts straight!

So as of now...Atlanta is off the table until further thought. I am going to make my final decision after July 15th.

Operation Rugby Fit Day: 20

Day 20: 7/5/2011


- 1.1 mil Warm-up...It was too hot inside so I then went to the gym...
 
-Workout:

45 mins on the cross trainer...backwards for 5 as a cool down. 

Ran 5.2 miles...keep in mind this is a cross trainer.

- 500 crunches

Day Nineteen: 7/2/2011


-6 miles on the bike to rehab my calf...lots of ice and ib's

Day Eighteen: 7/1/2011


- 1.1 mil Warm-up and Plyos (15m plyos then stride out 15m)

- Sprint Workout:
...yeah I got this far and had to be picked up from the track because of how much my calf hurt...grrrr

Operation Rugby Fit Day: 17

Day Seventeen: 6/29/2011


- 1.1 mil Warm-up and Plyos (15m plyos then stride out 15m)

- Sprint Workout:

100m Ladder...stop at every 10m and sprint back up to 100m
walk 100m
Sprint 100m
walk 100m back to start....(repeat x4)

- 1.1 mil Cool Down (I ran to and from the track)
 
 
I pulled my calf muscle on the way home and it sucked!
